Assist with all operational aspects of creative projects, including creative briefs and scope, workflow, estimates, timelines, asset development, approvals, and budget tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget. Act as the point of contact on the Creative Team between editors, external copywriters, voice-over artists, other contracts & freelancers, and the internal teams.

Lead financial efforts for all vendors and clients associated with creative team; including budget development, vendor negotiations, estimate and invoice creation, and invoice processing via Netsuite. Act as point of contact regarding all financial efforts within creative department.

Transition client-approved scripts and branded audio spots in a timely fashion to Account Teams for trafficking to networks and maintain documentation for all projects, including final scripts, alternate copy, and message points for testing.
